Breakdown service
10 out of 10. The customer service is excellent. They rang back once they received my messages, instead of just messaging me back. The stairlift was like brand new, and if it had already been fitted I wouldn’t have known it was refurbished.
I was pleased that a human being answered the phone, who was not from a call centre. I got through straight away, and liked the way they speak to you. They answered my questions, and didn’t fob me off. I could hear the honesty in their voice.
Brilliant, absolutely brilliant, everyone was caring, responsive and friendly. We looked on google, saw Acorn and Stannah, then came across Stairlift Recycling Ltd. I read the ‘About Us’ page which I found interesting. Telephoned and spoke to Nigel. He was an honest genuine person and extremely helpful.
